Last night was a horrible night. I was driving to work, 10 PM, and had just pulled up behind a truck at the red light on the corner of Tramway and Rainbow at the entrance to the Sandia Casino and Resort, when the white 2001 Chevy 1 Ton in front of me just backed up and over my car. It seems they decided that the gas price, $2.55, was just to good to pass up and since the gas station was was on the opposite corner they decided to back up and then cut across the lanes to the left hand turning lane and didn't see me or my headlights over 10 feet behind them. They totally messed up the front of my car and of course did absolutely no damage to their car at all. They called the police and reported it, they were sited and I slowly drove home. I called their insurance company and was assigned an adjuster but have to wait till Monday to talk to him. I so didn't need this. My poor car, here are the photos of what it looks like now. No even the cops were hot. All around not a good evening. I called into work and will probably do the same on Monday, hopefully by Tuesday the couple's insurance will have gotten me a rental car. I can't afford on one my own.
